thanx for the great thread!!! i was just lookin to buy a new set of tools....all mine are strew all over my house, basement and garage!!!

 

i own a craftman roller chest, around 500piece starter set from craftsman, alot of useless crap but...good starting point. changed out the 12 point 3/8's stuff for 6 point.

Craftsman ratchets, no good. Last year i went through 6, the quickest lasting 45 minutes, thats right. Not long after using it it started having turning problems, and shortly after the switch fell off. I have craftsman ratchets yeah, but i also have a set of Snapy's that have worked out great.

I use Mac tools for specialty stuff, great tools, less cost the snap on.
