Tool SET?
Where can i get Snap on tools? or which tool set do you suggest for completely swaping and building an engine? websites and info would be great thanks

You can get them from a tool truck (snap-on tool truck, duh). They go around to shops and sell tools from the truck.

I would go to sears and buy a ~241 piece set and extra stuff you need (32mm socket, etc). You are looking at ~$300-$500. If you buy snap-on, matco, or Mac, times that times 5 and you will get the amount that you will pay for better tools. Are Snap-on and other big tools companies make better tools? Yes, but if you only work on your car and do not do it for a living (yes, some people use craftsmen tools everyday) you do not need to buy them.
