Default Shock is leaking?

I went out today to adjust my Tokico Illumina shocks. When i removed the dial on the driver side shock, it was wet. Smelled kind of like oil or something. Looked at the top where the dial goes in and it had some kind of fluid in there. is this maybe a leak or something?

there should be a lifetime warranty. try finding the original recipt.

remember people lie so they can get rid of the shocks. i don't think it's 6 months. probably a year.
