shift boot pattern

Im going to try to sew my own shift boot, Black with red stiching type r style, and i was wondering if anyone knew of a print out or sizes of the shift boot?

I am also trying to do this but I have a 2009 Accord Coupe so I'm just wondering if you had any luck since you posted this on completing your boot pattern yourself?
