i did some searches and still couldnt find the answer. on my integra the shift boot is a little below the shifter its not that bad but kind of annoying but when i put on a momo shift **** the gap gets worse. i saw on team integra articles they said just tighten didnt work for me. i remember hearing something about zip ties but i dont remember. does anyone know how to fix it?

Personally I like the gap. Maybe my shifter(Duracon) just compliments it, and your doesnt. My boot drops down until the bend, and theres about 1/2 in. of steel until the shifter. Im badass, yehaww.

You put the zip tie around the shifter under the boot rings so it holds it up.

I don't know how people do this with the oem boots without it stretching so much when in 2, 4, or reverse. At least with my boot that's how it is.

I have a skunk **** with the gap (which I prefer).
