running to lean setting engine light
my car is running way to lean and setting my check engine light. i was woundering
since my distrubituter cap is pretty much fried if that would cause the problem.
i have a fireball ingition system on the car. i was wo8ndering what and where i could get a good cap for my distruituer or does it make a difference
thanks

I'm going to assume you have a turbocharged LS. If so, have you ever had the AFR tuned.
Start off by finding out if your fuel pressure is within spec.
Possible causes of "system to lean":
Fuel pump insufficient flow/pressure
Fuel feed line clogged, leaking
Fuel pressure regulator stuck open
Fuel filter clogged
Fuel injector clogged
Gasoline doesn't meet Owner's manual spec
Deteriorated Primary HO2s
Valve clearance
Exhaust leak
