Default Check engine light Fuel trim malfunction HELP

ok i had a fucked up head and drove it for a few weeks and so it was misfiring and running too rich for a while and just shitty in general, but now its all put back together and its throwing a code p0171 (system too lean) and p0170 (Fuel Trim Malfunction). Does anyone know, or have a book to look up what this code means, Like what i could do to fix this problem?? Please help. its stock except IHE

You have to hook to a honda scanner and look at the fuel trim parameters.

What's your fuel pressure? When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

Things to do:
Check fuel pressure
Check fuel pressure regulator
Check fuel lines
Use some injector/fuel system cleaner
Change fuel filter if it has been a while
Check for vacuum leaks
Spark plugs gapped correctly

If none of that works, see if you can swap in a known good primary oxygen
sensor. Yours could be malfunctioning. Good Luck

I would also try and change the MAP sensor. If you have a buddy just barrow his and see what happens.
My R has done the same thing and it was just the MAP being retarded.

OH and what was wrong with your head?
