Problem with Idle
I recently finished my swap and went to start the car only to be welcomed by high idle. The RPMs aren't iradic and maintain a steady 3000 RPMs, with an occasional 1500 drop. I unplugged the IACV and the RPMs jumped down to around 1300-1600 but bounced around the given range, consistantly. I'm almost 100% that there isn't a leak anywhere because the car ran fine when I had the GSR in it.
Btw, the motor is from a 99 (the head is stamped, not sure about the block), and I am running an OBD1 ECU. Will that cause the high idle?
