Default Oil problems

k to the point, i burn alot of oil, like a litre a tank/2 tanks of gas. It guzzles oil like a bitch when pushing it. I did a compression test, came out 195 across the board, tried adding oil to cylinders and maybe came up by 5-10 psi. but when im on the highway doing 70mph, and leave it in 5th and coast down in speed, theres a heavy oil burning scent. so what does that mean? and if i have been babyin the car for a while(like a couple days not in vtec) when i hit vtec a huge cloud comes out the back like DARK mostly black, but maybe some blue. Whats my probable causes?

*edit- im running a b18c1 with about 130000kms on it. and new valve stem seals, but after i put the new ones in my cat. converter clogged and i think i wrecked em again. but i dunno. and my oil is always pitch black. and when ever i take the oil cap off, even when warm, a good amount of air is blowing out like haveing the fan on 1 on your climate control almost.

Do a leak down test might be your valves.

I would start with the PCV valve to rule that out, its cheap. Usually, alittle smoke at start-up implies a valve seal problem, smoke while accelerating or deceleration could be oil control rings on the piston, which wouldn't necessarily affect your compression numbers. Hopefully its just the PCV valve being stuck closed/open.
