normal for white smoke on start up/cold night ?
I have noticed that white smoke always comes from my exhaust whenever I start it first in the morning and whenever its about 40degrees outside(soCAL). I did a compression check and all the numbers are above 200 with variances of 5-10. My spark plugs look dusty white which I would assume is normal combustion. Any input ? Also could running lean cause white smoke ? I have CTR cams in a b18c which are not tuned yet. Thanks.

White smoke when you first start it up is perfectly normal, if it produces excess and leaves a big cloud thats when its bad, but its usually just condensation and evaporates pretty quick. If it doesnt do it while driving (after warm-up) and your compression is still good, you dont have anything to worry about.

Mmhm. As long as it dosen't continue after the car is at normal operating temperature, then you should be fine. If the smoke continues, begin thinking about a blown headgasket but im sure your car is fine.

It's not a honda thing. All cars do it...Every single one of them.
When it gets cold enough outside and you start a car the heat from the exhaust does the same thing your breath does. You see white "smoke" when you exhale....the car does the same thing
