I want to buy some Rota Slipstreams in Flat Black. But i dont know much about which rims and tire size to get to have the best performance. Is 16" the best size to go with. Also what tire size should i have? I currently have low profile tires with my old rims their 205/40/17.

if you go with 15 inch tires:
195/50/15

if you go with 16 inch tires
205/45/16

also what does it mean by 4 x 100, i know 4 means how many lugs but what does the 100 mean, cuz they also have 4 x 108, which one is better
