Default need quick help. AT and MT radiator the same?

my GSR needs a new radiator. i got one from the barn, but it has the nipples for the AT cooling hoses. can i sue this with my manual tranny GSR? can i just plug up the AT cooling lines or will coolant spray all over the place? thanks!!

alright, so the lower niplpes would get fluid from the AT separately? i can just leave them as-is? no need to plug them other than if i don't want spiders living in there?
