LSVTEC help!!!!!

okay, i still got my cel code 41, changed my 4 wires o2 sensor and i checked all the wiring still no joy. i tried running all the wires straight to the ecu: o2 ground(green)d22,o2 signal(white)d14, o2 heater(black)a6 and o2 sensor 12v(black)a25 and cel code 41 still shows up. im getting voltages on the 12volts o2 sensor wires. Also do i need to use peak and hold injectors for p28 ecu? or can i used saturated injectors from integras?
setup: B16/B18B, chippd(p28 ECU, OBD1 LS ENGINE HARNESS, 240cc saturated injectors @ 41 fuel psi, VORTEX fuel rail and regulator, AEM TRU time cam gears, Stage 2 ACT clucth, OBX headers, AEM short ram intake.....
