is there a ls vtec write up anywhere on here?? i was looking for one but can't find it and the topics that did come up are useless cuz all they doing is bashing on someone that doesn't know his s**t!? so if you know of a write up or a thread with a little more info than ls bottom vtec head then let me know please thanks!!

ok i just did the compression check and the outer cylinders are great 210-220 the middle two are at 180. my question is: i got the ls engine (whole) and to do the lsv swap can i still use my gsr head? or am i going to have to take it to the machine shop to see whats up?? thanks!
