Default LS/VTEC in a Civic Coupe

Ok my Civic was just totalled out by the insurance company, and I was thinkin about putting a LS integra motor and put a VTEC head on there.... I know the LS Motor pushes about 142hp. So when I get the VTEC head that will give me 30 more hp right?
