Default LS/VTEC in a Civic Coupe

I searched and searched, but I couldnt find where it says how much HP gain u get when u put a vtec head on a LS block...some ppl say 30 and some ppl say 20... so if its 30hp gain then hell it might as well be a **** GSR then so is it a 30hp gain..cause since I got rear ended i'm puttin a LS/VTEC in another Coupe Civic (97) so is it a 30hp gain?

well I would say there is more than just "adding a vtec head" to incorporate that 30 horsies.
