Default Ignition trouble.

Hello everyone, heres my situation....

I have a B18c in my 94 civic, but befor you tell me this belongs in the hybrid area, this is more of a motor question than any thing so I thought it best to post here. A couple weeks ago I replaced my crappy stock plug wires with a set of MSD 8.5's mostly due to the motor running rough on the top end and getting alot of popping through the exhaust. Long story short I also ended up going with a MSD SS external coil, but I forgot to mark where the plug wires came off on the cap. Well I went to my hyanes manuel first and put it back together like their chart says. Im atleast getting spark now, but It popping and backfiring like a SOB. Wont even start, so could someone please post a nice clear pic of their cap and wire location in realation to which spark plug they go to, or link me to the info, thanks.

Looking at the distributer, starting at the top left corner terminal moving clockwise, the order is 3,4,2,1. The cylinders are numbered from 1 being at the timing belt end and 4 being at the distributer end of the engine. Thats how my 92 RS is setup. Can you make sense of that? lol

I think I can. Thats probably whats wrong, because haynes calls the bottom left 1 and continues 2,3,4 in a clockwise rotation.
