Default idle speed adjustments

I'd like to know how do i adjust my idle speed...??

well you cant really cause its controlled by your throttle position sensor

you can adjust your idle by adjusting the cable that is located on your TB and connected to your IM

For my '99 GS-R the procedure for setting "base" idle according to Helms manual requires bringing the car to operating temp (wait till fans come on). Then unplug the IACV and EVAP connectors and adjust the idle by turning the TB idle screw until the tach shows about 500 rpm. Kill the engine, plug in the connectors, and reset ECU by disconnecting the battery for 10 min. The car should idle around around 800rpm after starting it up and back to operating temp. GL.

Search google for "hondahookup manuals". The idle speed adjustment is outlined there. With the base idle properly set, the ECU controls the idle speed. If you want a different idle speed, you need to modify the ECU.
