I did a search but nothing came up.

I have an Integra LS-t w/ a B18. Forged bottom end @ CR 8.8:1 @ 10lbs tuned w/ Uberdata. Not sure if thats relevant but it can't hurt. My problem is the idling. Upon start up it will idle at about 1500rpm then slowly drop to about 1k then take a fast plummit to im guessing around 100. It doesn't always die, but it will idle real rough at extremely low (close to 0 hash) RPMs with a lot of tach needle bouncing. I've replaced the ICV and turned the idle up on the throttle body. Neither have helped. However, after running the car around town (especially if hard) the idle issues stop and it stays around 1k constant without any severe dips.

Any ideas? also, is there a way to test the ICV? It was pulled off a donor vehicle but from my understanding the donor had no idle issues.
