Default iab switch help

k i put a gsr motor in my 99 ex used the stock ex harness what will it do with the iab switch left unplugged, will the butterflies open or be stuck closed any help is appreciated i am stumped

What ECU are you running? With stock GSR ecu, you will need to have that hooked up correctly or it will not open the intake secondaries and your motor will run like crap.

You can get a skunk2 intake manifold that doesn't require IAB valve, but you will need different ECU that doesn't look for it.

running a 99-00 si ecu right now then gonna run a chipped ecu will the valves be open with the iab unplugged?

with the iab switch for the butterflies unplugged will the butterflies be open or closed and what power will i lose all vacuum lines are ran the way they are suppose be just the iab solenoid is unplugged its a 97 gsr motor
