i got a CF hood and some of the clear coat is fading on it. I was wondering how to buff it clear, should i just ur a buffing wheel, or any solution, or take it somewhere?

 

some people wax it, some poeple use something called meguires scratch-x, and some people even wetsand then buff and wax it.. theres a lot of stuff you can do. I also believe that there are some 3M products that could make your hood shine like new.

 

There are a couple of threads out there on how to restore your cf. If i remember correctly, use some of 3M's products.
