I realize that it will not fix my problem Do you really think I'm that stupid!? (that's just a rhetorical quiestion - don't answer it) I just want to make some runs like that and see if my "theory" about how I'm leaning out when vtec engages is correct.

You people can be very judgemental

I suspect that you're fuel settings are bad...a lot folks run vtec turbo with no probs...maybe you should play around with the mf2 before you invest in a controller

that's what I'm planning on doing today - I'm gonna set up the mf2 to bump up the fuel a whole bunch from about 4k rpms on.
