Help! IAT Sensor Code - CEL Code 10, and also 23 (Knock Sensor)
I have a 1995 Integra GSR
basic bolt ons, intake, header, exhaust, b&m fpr
recently my knock sensor was broken during removal, which explains why the knock sensor CEL is lit (a new one is on the way)
but the IAT sensor is also popping up on the CEL and i don't know why, I checked it, cleaned it, and its still a code being thrown
is it affected by the knock sensor? is it a code that also displays with 23? or is it a separate issue?
thanks!

I had an IAT for a while, all I did was disconnect the battery for 10 minutes, plug it back in, and let the ECU remap by letting it idle through one heat cycle...
Then the code was gone. Sorry if this doesn't help, but I hope it does...

disconnect the IAT and turn the key on and measure the voltage coming from the connector on the ecu side it should be around 5V if not you have a open/short between the sensor and ecu. if everythings all good connect the sensor and check the ground with the key on you should have less than 0.10V if not you have a bad ground. then check the signal wire from the sensor with the key on. the IAT is a negative temperature coefficient sensor meaning the voltage will be high when the engine is cold and low when the engine is hot. with a cold engine it should be around 2.5V or higher and 0.40-1.0V when fully warmed up.
