Ok, replaced the suspension on my 95 ls with 98 JDM spec ITR suspension. Also have replaced rotors with brembo slotted+drilled on all 4 wheels, performance pads, steel braided lines and stepped up to a 1" master cyl+booster. brakes have been weak ever since. I have to use the e brake to stop. have bled the system twice, incuding the ABS, no leaks apparent. does anyone have a clue as to whats wrong w/ my brakes?

 

one of the front brake calipers are frozen in the lock position... or the master cyclinder might be shot
