I think my head gasket is going. I'm getting antifreeze and/or oil underneath the car everytime I park. Question is, with the leak and all, would my car have a hard time starting because of the possible introduction of air to the system? Car will crank a while and sometimes have to try and start 4 or 5 times b4 it starts. Any input and/or help is greatly appreciated. Besides the obvious of change head gasket that is. Thanks

 

Do a leakdown test.

 

You might just have a coolant hose leaking and a bad main fuel relay, don't jump to conclusions until you investigate futher. Oil in the coolant? Coolant in the oil?

do a block test, it shouldnt be that expensive, but first let the car seat over night and have somebody else star the car and check for white smoke coming out of the tail pipe
