Default Is my head gasket blown?

My car has been over heated several times and I mean HOT, like steam coming from the hood. But I don’t have oil in the coolant, or coolant in the oil, and there isn’t any white smoke coming from my exhaust? The only things I haven’t replaced are the radiator hoses and heater core, but the heater core was working fine before my car began to overheat. Could my head gasket be fine despite my engine being overheated several times? Could replacing my hoses fix the problem? If it matters the car is a 2005 civic lx with the d17a1 engine.

Confirm a blown head gasket with a leak down pressure test of each cylinder. Quite common failure in these engines.
