Default Blown head gasket or no?

so I dropped off my car down at a local shop have them replace my head gasket, but one of the guy works there told me today said it might not be the head gasket problem, coz when you have a blown head gasket the car should smoking all the time, but my car only smoke when Its on throttle, he said it could be the gasket inside of the turbo is leaking or blown, that mades me really worry..

what you think it could be? the car is running fine in the start up and idel, BUT once you rev it up to about 4k it start white smoking.. WFT?

could be a cracked sleeve, or if aftermarket couldbe sunken. You need to take of the head..

Does the turbo have water lines going to it? if not, it wont blow white smoke.

If you have oil in the coolant it's not getting there through the turbo.Head gasket or sleeve.A coolant system pressure test would tell you pretty quick.
