Default gsr vs. type R

does anyone know the power difference between stock gsr and tyle r cams. I know someone with a gsr hatch with all type r internals. Cams, pistons, rings, rods, who is wasting on everyone.

Dyno plots prove that just adding the ITR (p/n 14111-P73-J00, USDM 97-98 ITR) intake cam to a GSR will provide about 11 WHP untuned. (You can ask for the plots, but dynocenter.com has been defunct for years). This particular setup also led to a torque hole from 4400 to about 4800 RPM because the VTEC engaged too early. My personal experience confirms this.</TD></TR></TABLE>

I have a jdm itr with i/h/e and at the time had a ls tranny(bought the car like that but now have a type R tranny) and ran a del sol with a gsr that had type R internals and beat it by half a car with an ls tranny. Now with my new itr one it would be a peice of cake to run one.
