Thank you,
if 80lbs is so much to everyone, why'd you buy an Integra? Why not go for an old CX EG or something, rip out the rear and you're down to 2000lbs....

I had a hatch, but the 4 door's fawkin sexy. I would be more concerned about the skidpad than the 1/4 mile et. I imagine that's where the biggest difference would be.

Driving a hatch feels more sporty and is a better driving experience IMO. Also 4 door Integras and Civics usually tend to be girl's cars.

I say if you’re worried about a gs-r sedan being slower then a gs-r hatch.. just get an LS sedan so you don’t have to worry about running against a gs-r… just slap on a sticker that says BONE STOCK LS, and then all the other won’t even bother! hahaha

Yea my friend has a hatch and IMO there shouldn't even be a back seat I'm only 5'7" and if he goes over a railroad crossing ill bash my head on his roof/back window
so I'm pretty sure I'll go with the Sedan FTW!!!

Re: GS-R Hatch Vs. Sedan? (Gerbilo)
IMO the slight difference in the sedan's shape is enough to turn me off to it ... I don't like the way the 4door's taillights look and the trunk. Although having 4 doors is handy, the coupe just looks better IMO.
Although it's def. a pain in the *** sitting in the back and getting in/out of the 2door...I'll give you that. I'm just really **** about how it looks. That's why I bought my coupe. To me it's the sexy-epitome of the Integra look.

different strokes for different folks! that's all i gotta say. both body styles are both sexy. i personally chose the sedan because it's more practical with having a family. but also, i like how it's shaped. let's just give a thumbs up to honda/acura for producing such a sexy vehicle!

I've never heard about this. Perhaps they chose it because of its longer wheelbase ( slightly better handling) ?

Yah, i did hear about the longer wheelbase but i'm not too sure about the stiffness of the body...

Of course the body would be stiffer than a DC. Think about it, the DB has a rear deck lid behind the back seats. DC's have that open space behind the back seats, with no additional support whatsoever. That rear deck lid on the DB is pretty much an XL size C-Pillar bar.

Re: (EnjoyTheRideDC2)
i had a 2dr and the 4dr like them both but overall the 4dr is alot better. its has alot more room on top for your head and the back seat more leg room for passengers also its the power isnt much of a difference. get what you like but imo 4dr is alot better cause you can also keep it longer because its like a family car but also nice
