fuel cut

so my car drives fine other than being rich, but when i go 100% throttle fuel cuts, but however this doesnt happen when my tps is unplugged, so i tried my ecu in a friends h22 accord it did the same thing, so i wa sled to belive it was my ecu, then i used my friends spoon chipped p72, and it cut fuel as well, HELP ME OUT
