Drivers side window doesn't work with the switch. I can hear the motor and when I drive over bumps, the window drops down a bit. Then I have to pull it up by hand. I'm thinking it's the regulator. Lmk what you guys think.

I'm thinking motor drive gear or something like that, maybe regulator gear is bent or something.

Why not just pull the door panel and thake a look and see what the problem is. 94

 

You can try giving the door panel a swift smack in the area that the regulator resides. Sometimes the brushes get dirty. Worked for my da. It's not a fix though, and there's no telling how long it will work for after

 

I pulled the panel the first time it dropped and I didnt really see anything . I can slide the window with my hand up and down with no resistance in the track. Any other ideas.

 

Replace the regulator. 94

 

i have a similar problem my driver side window wont work an my sunroof wont either man its sucks man espicially with no a/c haha well any help will be appreciated thankx.

 

Do you hear either of the motors when you hit the switch?

 

damm that sucks i have that on my dc too ! im thinking about replacing the motors
