Default engine smoking

I have a 95 civic Ex with a JDM B18C1. I have noticed recently that it is blowing some blue smoke out the exhaust At high RPM's like above 5500. I am thinking that the problem could be because of the valve seals being dried out from shipping or just a faulty valve seal. please let me know what you think may be the cause of this. I have done a compression test and it came out fine so i dont believe it is the rings. Thanks in advance

Probably a valve stem seal, then. I used to have a Tercel that did the same thing. Does your car blow a little bit of smoke on start-up?
