Default Engine problem

I just did a swap on my civic ...i put on b18b obd1....right now my car running shitty cause of miss firing....anybody give me some tips how fix miss firing on my engine?....

A 1998 Integra is not OBD1. Did you do an OBD conversion?

Anyway, how do you know it's misfiring? Is it throwing a misfire code(s)? Have you done what projectTeG said and made sure you kept up on the engine's maintenance procedure? These can include (but are not limited to), spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap/rotor, oil change, fuel filter, etc.
