Electrical Problem
So after Washing my car last night, i was driving along and notice my headlights flicking to the bass of my system. so i turn the car off and then tried to turn it back on but the car wouldn't. So i called a friend for a jump, once the car was jumped, we took off the cables and as soon I turn my headlights on, the car died. After that we jumped it again, but turn the lights on with the cables on. After taking the cable off the car was fine. One time we let the car sit there run and it die. When driving the car the lights on the cluster were dimming but as soon as i put gas on it the lights grew brighter (to normal lighting and the ABS light was on which was not normal). Once I got home i turned off the car, and tried to turn it back on (didn't turn on). Then just this morning my dad jumped my car and let it sit running for 10 mins. We immediately turned it off then back on(came back on, so it did again 30mins after). On both Occasion, All the lights came on the clusters came on (oil, brake, seat belt, and etc before crank) and even the dome light.
My dad said it was the battery
My Friends say its the Alternator
So I was just wondering, of the people of Honda-tech, what do you think is wrong with my car and how can i fix it?

I would start by checking the main grounds, batt. post and cable clamp, batt. to chassis and chassis to engine.
Do not just eyeball the connections, undo them, clean all contact surfaces, and reconnect, making sure the connections are tight, also check your main power connections, batt. post and cable clamp, batt. to starter, batt. to engine bay fuse box, alt. charge line, at the alt. and at the engine bay fuse box, and the main fuses, [screw down ones] the same with these, do not just eyeball them, remove, clean and reconnect.
If that does not solve the problem, take the car to any batt. alt. shop and have them do a load test, it only takes a few min. to connect up the AVR and test the cars charging system and batt. it is free at most places. 94
