i have a b18b1 head, im thinking of doing a conversion from a non vtec to a ls vtec. does this mean i have to buy a new head for the vtec solenoid to fit in, or what can i do for it to properly fit in place..im am also buying this vtec conversion kit from golden eagle.

 

You need a PR3 (B16, B17, B18C5) or P72 (B18C1) head, which both are VTEC.

 

so i cant just use the b18b head?
