Default Lost motion assembly for B18B.

I planning on buying aftermarket cams (Crower) for my LS and many people have suggested that I use GSR/ITR/B16 lost motion assembly. I have access to both a GSR and B16's LMA, and just wanted to make sure it would bolt up correctly. Anyone have any experiece doing this? Thanks in advance.

Those people didnt know what they were talking about. B18B/A engines do not have lost motion assembly. Just Rocker arms. So good luck bolting a lost motion assembly in a B18A/B head. Unless you have a Vtec head on there i wouldent try it.

Just Bolt them on then go for a drive around the block to test them out.... if they seem kind of noisy add some Lost Motion Fluid to your Engine... While youre at it fill up on Headlight Fluid and Muffler Bearings....
