ctr and itr cams?
Can someone explain why to use a ctr intake cam and an itr exhaust cam?..........Starting a rebuild.......

ctr intake cam is slightly better than the itr intake cam, but the exhaust cams are the same.
better as in i think the lift/duration is a little more...therefore taking in more air.

Yup, 1fastGSR is right, there is a noticable difference if used in a b16a, because of the better rod ratio, it dwells longer at TDC taking advantage of the 3 degrees extra duration.
