I see alot of people posting that they have ITR Intake cam w/ CTR exhaust cams. How is this setup better than just ITR cams or just CTR cams. Oh and this is for B16 and GSR Heads.

 

2000-2001 ITR EXHAUST cam is the same as the CTR Exhaust cam. The INTAKE cams are a different. The CTR Intake cam is slightly more agressive. To save money, people just buy the ITR Exhaust cam and CTR Intake cam.

2001 ITR cams are THE EXACT SAME as CTR cams. the 97-98's are different

 

So what kind of power gains are they seeing w/ the CTR intake cam and ITR exhaust cam. No modded valvetrain (stock).

 

usually its the ctr intake with itr exhaust, i've noticed pretty good power increases across the powerband, but i also ran a v-afc.

 

midrange gets alot better. but u need to raise the vtec x-over, or ur vtec will lag
