compression test results
Well my teg has been burning oil for a long time especially when i get on it. Ive since changed up a few thing due to the first compression test having too many variances between the cylinders so my new numbers are
205 205 205 155
-3----2----4---1
So my number 1 cylinder is 50 psi less than the rest. So my question is would it be point less in having a leak down test done due to there being a 50psi difference or could there still be a chance that its the valves on that one cylinder.

propably a bad piston ring, could possibly be a headgasket.
leakdown test cant hurt if you do it yourself, i would never pay to have it done though.

yea thats the thing i dont have the equipment to do a leak down test so i would have to ask some of my friends if they have an air compressor
also im not getting any oil/coolant mixing, over heating so i dont believe its the headgasket but i am getin oil splater thru my breather on my valve cover and excessive oil thru the breather chamber on the block also my oil pressure is at about 75psi at 3k but i dont think that has anything to play in this

Add a tsp of oil to cylinder 1 and repeat the test. If the compression jumps significantly, it is your rings. You can also check the valve adjustment. (Do not adjust the valves and add the oil together as that will confuse your result. If you adjust the valves, repeat the compression test first without adding oil.)
yea I forgot to add the oil til after I put everything back together by that time I was to lazy to do it. I will try to do it after I get home from work.

yea i had the same setup as far as the breather on the valve cover and just made a custom system to reattach it in this thread
