60? WTF? Are you sure??? If it really is 60 then your motor is blown (that is probably why it won't start) or something is leaking like a ************!

the engine should be warm when doing a test, im pretty sure thats why you are only getting 60psi. but did you hold the gas pedal all the way to the floor and crank the engine 5-8 times for each cylinder?
Did you use the white mark or the red mark on the crank pully to find TDC? The white mark is the correct one. The red will advance the camshafts 8 degrees (crank 16 degrees). Also, have you adjusted the valves?
after you hook up the compression tester turn the engine atleast 7-8 times at wide open throttle. If your numbers are low try adding 2-3 drops of oil into the cylinder (you will get some smoke coming out of the exhaust after you start it up, but that's fine) and test again. If your numbers jump up, one or more piston rings are bad. The numbers should be closer to 180psi across the board. The engine should also be warm when you test it. Good luck

the engine should be warm, and the oil suggestion is correct but only when the engine is warm. If the psi goes up after you add the oil then your rings are bad. Ensure the cams and crank are lined up. Put a couple of thin srew drivers through the cam caps to ensure they are aligned to the crank. Make sure your flywheel did not come loose preventing rotation. Rotate the motor with out the spark plugs MANUALLY. If it rotates fine then it is probably not your block or head.
Hey everyone my name is jamal and im new to honda-tech. My buddy stop by about an hour and a 1/2 ago and we did a compression check on my 98 Integra LS. The #'s read 200-200-100-126. Now my Integra does not overheat, i dont have a dark smoke coming out the exhaust. The car actually runs find. Im trying to go the turbo route but i need to fix the problem. Thanks for everybodies help and support. Im actually new to the whole car thing so if i dont seem to make sense dont mind me.
