how safe is boost on stock internals?

how safe is boost on stock internals?
i have a b18c1 and planning to go boost...soon. how's safe can i run with proper tuning on a stock motor? how many psi and hp am i lookin to get at? my goal down the line is around 300whp btw

I have had 2 untuned motors around 300-320 whp not last 1 yr 
you are most likely going to be around 10 psi (t3/t4-57) in order to get 300 ....

yeah i hear it's all in the tuning...most likely goin to let evans tuning do that cause it's 20mins from here and probably do internals to hit 300whp but the stock motor isn't doin it for me anymore lol
