my check engine light turned on while i was on the freeway i went to autozone and there computer gave me a code which is p1456 does anybody know what the code means

 

I believe the Code p1456 is...

Evaporative emission control system leak

Check your gas cap, you might haft to replace the gas cap and try resetting your ecu, by eithe pulling the negative battery terminal off for 1 minute.. (you will loose radio codes)

or pull the 20 amp ecu fuse in the engine bay fuse box.

 

i disconnected my negative cable and hocked it back up the check engine light is off i drove my car and steped on it but didnt come back on so its a good chance is my gas cap
