Default CEL question

i know you all prob get enough of these but when i drive for about 10-20 mins my CEL comes on. now im tryin to jump my ecu (in the faq) but still no blinking i think its been idle for 10 mins should i drive it around till the light comes on/blinks?

if the light has came on, then it will be saved... so, your light shout be on.. if there is a code... and it will flash to let you know that it's working..

mabye i got it hooked up wrong then but heres what i did. Is this the right green connector?(was drawn in mspaint in 5 secs)

what year car do you have, and what is it? i'm assuming it's an obd1 integra

95 rs. thing is that the auto tranny is off a 98 integra which is a obd2 think that would be throwing it?

but you're using the harness under the glove box right?

yah damn trial heh heres what i thoguht i should be plugging into dont mind the blue/silver speaker wire

So i got the right green thing? i just pull jump the brown and black wires? Got any pics cause i dont wanna mess it up

the harness you need to be jumping is just a blue, two wire plug...

it will have two wires going to it, ones black, and the other is brown with a white stripe... i'm guessing that you're a trial user and have used up all your posts.. see if you can go in and keep editing them... instead of posting anew reply....

ok, pull the plug out on the right of the green casing.. its there for protection...
then on the female side of it, jump a wire... got it? from the black wire to the brown/white wire..
