ok i know whats wrong either your iac idle air control is bad or the mixture srew is all the way open. take your intake off lookin the throtol body inside on the top is a hole plug that hole with your finger car should run smother if it does the turn the screw closed.

 

The frigging bogging is GONE! haha. I just replaced the valve cover gasket along with the o rings. Cleaned out the cylinder where the spark plugs go. and replaced all spark plugs with stanard ngk brk6e-11 plugs. FINALLY its fixed. I want to thank everyone for their help and input.

 

damn looks like we had same problem. i got new plugs and wire and its fixed. then got busted for my cat back and now i have to take the fugin thing to ref will the b20b pass.
