Misfiring caused by moisture?

Misfiring caused by moisture?
Ok here is my first thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1157005 Sinse then i though I would start with minor things first. So i decided to change the spark plugs. (while facing the engine) I took out the two right spark plugs and then i took out the two left ones. The two left spark plugs they are covered in some kinda moisture and seem to be dirty.
On the two left ones there was also all kinda of moisture around it. When i drove the car it caused it to sputter like it was misfiring is the only way i can really explain it. Is there any kinda of gasket around there that could be leaking? Or do i have another problem. Any help is appreciated. Btw the top part of the two left spark plugs were rusted.

Which end of the spark plugs were wet?
There is a gasket between the valve cover and the head, but that would cause oil to leak. More than likely, the seal on the top of the spark plug wires is deformed, or you didn't put the wires on and pop them down to seal them. If so, water will get into the hole and cause the misfire; it happened to me when my plug wires deformed.

I've seen this before... I've got no idea how the water actually gets into the area around the vavle cover/plugs/head... but it certainly causes misfires.
(Mineral water causes the power to short out to the head.)

You don't have to be able to see it for water to get in there; if the rubber round parts under the top of the spark plug wires is deformed, try buyin a new set and see if that fixes your problem.

Yea i use a spark plug cover, jus didnt have it on in the pictures. This problem had just started happening and i have had the car from august. It hasnt rained here sinse god knows when.
