I have a confusion that, when I check my '02 LX spark plugs, they have white crystal thing stuck on op. Do I need to change new spark plugs, and what brand should you guys recommend?? Thank you

 

ngk have always been recommended to me, on all the sites. it's honda o.e.m I guess - I never tried anything different, never had too

 

I use NGK V power. Its like $2 a plug.

 

What is the replacement milage for spark plugs for a 2008 Civic LX? It was mentioned that the car can go 100,000 miles without a tune-up - can spark plugs be efficient that long? The Civic calls for an Iridium plug, the best one NGK manufactures.

 

simple answer, yes, for that particular plug... even the double platinum tipped ones do last that long without gap degrading
