a/c Air conditioner compressor cycling fast?
I have a 94 integra with working a/c. Now, the a/c wasn't so cold this summer, so I did some pressure tests, and fillled up the a/c. It "seems" like there is a leak as the a/c doesn't remain cold all the time. Upon a pressure test of the system, it holds the right amount of a/c.
I did notice today that when we were tooling with it, the a/c compressor will cycle on and off very frequently. It will engage for only 2 seconds, then stop for about 5-10, and continue to do this.
Is there something wrong, or is this how it is supposed to work on Integras? It just doesn't seem right. Not sure where to check, all fuses and relays are working, a/c has enough refrigerant and pressure.
Thanks.
