when i took my underdash panel off to put in my alarm there was asmall box about the size of a pack of smokes with a green button on it. what the hell is it?

sorry to hi-jack the thread, but in the fuse box right above your left knee, there's a small momentary switch. what is that?

 

dont take your car to the dealer to reset it!....you have to hold it in for like 10-15 seconds release it the hit it twice quick.....it will reset!

 

i didnt need it reset yet i was just wondering how much they would rip someone to do it if its that easy

 

oh.....yea they dont charge here for it. they even showed me how to do it

just make sure your key is in and the turned so the radios on or it wont reset
