I read 3 different way to turn off the maintenance light.
1. push the botton on the green box underneath the dash
2. stick your key into the hole on the cluster
3. hold the odometer reset button

my question is how do i know which method i go with for my 3 different hondas?

 

It should be in your owner's manuals. For integras, you just hold the reset button under the steering wheel.

 

Simple... On most Honda's if there's a little key hole in the instrument cluster, you stick the key in it to reset the little block of color next to it..

If there's a digital odometer on your vehicle, just hold down the odometer reset or RESET button on the instrument cluster and turn the key on. Hold the button until the Maint Reqd light shuts off..

 

so i guess only ones with mechanical odometer and does not have hole on the cluster have the reset box underneath the dash.
