ok i have a 95 integra with 150k i already have intake, headers, exhasut, new radiator, lowered, oil changed, flushed power steering , now i wanna boost my car and i drive it everyday , i wanna run maybe 10lbs of boost on it but i cant seem to figureout what parts i will need to be able to run that and what type of turbo setup i should get any help would be aprriciated.

 

red button at the top right Mr.Trial... it's called the search button. You're not the first nor the last integra that wants to go boost. Also you'll find at the top of the threads various "FAQ" and "so you wanna boost" threada which will answer all your questions in the forced induction section.
Brief rundown of parts required:
turbo, wastegate, blow off valve, manifold, intercooler, flanges, clamps, hoses, tapped oilpan, boost guage, wideband, piping, oil lines, and on n on. Good luck
